The Underground, (aka Wrestling Revolution Project) created by Jeff Katz debuts officially tomorrow (June 22, 2012) online on the Youtube Awesomeness TV channel.
The independent start up, started almost a year ago, as an alternative wrestling program to the current product. It has a definitive start and finish point, and is treated more like a serial rather than an ongoing program. The show features many familiar faces such as MVP, Colt Cabana and Joey Ryan, to name a few. However, none of these performers will be in their traditional gimmicks. Instead, they will be playing unique characters as wrestlers, as combatants square off against each other in an underground tournament with the payoff being the final episode.
