Ricky Steamboat recruiting new wrestlers for WWE
While the company has not revealed the official reason yet, one of the reasons why Ricky Steamboat is working with Triple H in the talent relations department is because of recruiting. Steamboat is universally respected by the wrestlers that WWE is looking to sign, and many feel that his presence could provide quite a bit of help in that area.

While the reason wasn't given, he is still on good terms with the company as he has relocated to the talent relations department. Ricky Steamboat has decided that he no longer can be a part of the developmental territory. He finished up his last day on Thursday. The legendary performer isn't leaving WWE, though. He will now be working for the talent relations department instead.
