Canelo Alvarez destroyed Rocky Fielding

Two years after Canelo Alvarez finished Liam Smith with a body shot, he did the same thing to Rocky Fielding.

The all-time great challenged the Englishman for his WBA Regular super middleweight title on December 15, 2018, inside Madison Square Garden, New York, USA.

Canelo Alvarez, who stands at 5ft8, was way smaller than his 6ft1 opponent, but that didn’t stop him from closing the distance and landing heavy blows at will.

At the end of the opening round, the superstar dropped his opponent with a left hook to the midsection.

It was more of the same in the second, with Canelo scoring another knockdown with the exact same shot.

In the third, Fielding showcased enormous heart as he attempted to fight fire with fire, until a blistering right hand sent him crashing towards the floor.

Once again, the Liverpudlian beat the count, but when another left hook to the body knocked him down for a fourth time, the referee jumped in.
