Foreman's career spanned generations, beginning with an Olympic gold medal in 1968 and peaking with his 1973 title win over Joe Frazier. He would later become the oldest heavyweight champion in boxing history, reclaiming the title at age 45 in 1994.
Known just as much for his comeback story and personality as his punching power, Foreman’s post-boxing career included commentary roles.

"Condolences to George Foreman’s family. His contribution to boxing and beyond will never be forgotten," Tyson wrote along with a couple of pictures showing him next to Foreman.
