Mike Tyson blasted ‘small scared man’ Floyd Mayweather for making disrespectful comments about boxing’s biggest legend

Mike Tyson once called Floyd Mayweather ‘delusional’ for claiming he was better than Muhammad Ali

Over the years, Mayweather has claimed multiple times that he thinks he’s better than Muhammad Ali, the greatest boxer of all time in many people’s eyes, including Tyson’s.

Tyson was asked about Mayweather’s comments prior to his super-fight with Manny Pacquiao in 2015.

“He’s very delusional,” Tyson said of Mayweather in an interview with Undisputed Champion Network.

“If he was anywhere near that realm of great and Ali, he’d be able to take his kids to school by himself, okay?” Tyson continued.

“He can’t take his kids to school by himself. And he’s talking about [how] he’s great?

“Greatness is not guarding yourself from the people. Greatness is being accepted by the people.
He can’t take his kids alone to school by himself.

“He’s a little scared man. He’s a very small scared man,” Tyson went off on the boxer.

At 59, Tyson can say he was one-half of the most streamed fight in combat sports history.

Tyson did 108M viewers worldwide when he fought Jake Paul across eight rounds on Netflix last November.

This was Netflix’s foray into fighting and the streaming giant continues to stream events such as the trilogy bout between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano in July and the biggest boxing match of the year between Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford, which goes down next weekend.

Seeing how mANY viewers Tyson was able to bring in for his last fight against Paul, Netflix could be on the table for the exhibition match between Tyson and Mayweather.
