Review: The RDX Sports Free-Standing Punching Bag

RDX Sports is a global company that has everything you need, including boxing, MMA, fitness, and yoga apparel and equipment. When reviewing the RDX F9 6” adult free-standing punching bag with bag mitts, I was pleasantly surprised when I began to use it.

The free-standing punching bag arrived in two shipments. First, the base was sent to me, and a few days later the bag arrived, already filled. After opening the box with the base, setup took less than 10 minutes, plus a couple of minutes to fill the base with water. Once the base was set up, I placed the base protector on, then inserted the bag’s metal pole through the base to connect it. In less than 15 minutes, I had a fully operational free-standing punching bag.

Once it was ready, I put on the RDX gloves that came with the punching bag and began throwing punches. The resistance worked well because it has suction cups on the bottom. It didn’t take up much space, and I was able to get a great bag workout for the day. This product works great for any gym and will enhance your daily workout. This is a really good product, and everything about it was crafted with a level of detail that will be appreciated by those who use the equipment.
