Capital City Go-Go buy out Devon Dotson, acquire Jordan Goldwire and Marvin Smith

Dotson leaves to pursue international opportunities. The Capital City Go-Go, the Wizards' G League affiliate, have bought out their franchise leader in assists, Devon Dotson.
