We're two days away from the 2025 WNBA Draft and many of the biggest stars in women's basketball are slated to be in attendance. But will UConn superstar Paige Bueckers be making an appearance at The Shed at Hudson Yards on Monday?
On Friday, the WNBA announced its full list of invitees to the WNBA Draft. It was organized alphabetically for the 16 invitees and right beneath Kentucky's Georgia Amoore and Alabama's Sarah Ashlee Barker was the newly-minted national champion, Paige Bueckers.
Yes, she will be attending the WNBA Draft in Manhattan next week.
Also in attendance for the big event will be TCU star Hailey Van Lith. In the 2025 NCAA Tournament, Van Lith helped the team reach the Sweet 16 and the Elite Eight for the first time in school history.
Other notable attendees are South Carolina's star duo of Sania Feagin and Te-Hina Paopao, who took on Bueckers in the national title game earlier this month.

Bueckers won plenty of accolades with the Huskies this past season including unanimous All-American honors, the Nancy Lieberman Award, Big East Player of the Year, and the Wade Trophy.
She finished her season averaging just shy of 20 points per game, 4.4 rebounds per game and 4.6 assists per game.
Just about everyone expects that Bueckers will be the No. 1 overall selection in the WNBA Draft. That pick is currently held by the Dallas Wings, who have been one of the most poorly run organizations in the WNBA - if not all of sports - for the past 15 years.
Since 2010, when they were the Tulsa Shock, the Wings have had only two winning seasons and head into 2025 with their fourth head coach since 2019 alone.
The Wings have been so poorly run that many have wondered if Bueckers would consider forcing a trade in the event the team drafted her.
But Bueckers has publicly stated that she intends to let the chips fall as they may.
“The reports are the reports. People write stories, and it’s whatever. Honestly, I’m not really worried about that at the moment. I’m just worried about being here, being present with the team and trying to get better every single day. So whatever the future may hold, it’s only in God’s hands," Bueckers said.
The WNBA Draft will be this Monday.
