Alabama has produced the most NFL players for nine consecutive seasons, and several more will be in the league next season.
There are 19 Crimson Tide products hoping to hear their name called during the 2026 NFL Draft in less than one month from now. But before that, these players will be participating in the annual Pro Day event in Tuscaloosa.
NFL scouts, assistants and head coaches across likely all 32 teams will be inside the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility on Wednesday starting at 10 a.m. CT. The 18 Alabama players (excluding punter Blake Doud) will participate in various drills with hopes of improving their draft stock and getting their name out there.
12 of the 18 players competed in the NFL Scouting Combine in February. Here's a look at the dozen:
There are several draft-eligible Alabama players who were not invited to the NFL Combine, as they aim to showcase their skills on Wednesday:
Running back Dre Washington, tight end Brody Dalton, offensive guard Kam Dewberry, guard Geno VanDeMark, linebacker Nikhai Hill-Green and defensive back DaShawn Jones. As previously stated, punter Blake Doud is not participating in Pro Day.
Among these NFL Draft hopefuls from Alabama are three players who declared early. Here's a look at each of them.
Two of the most notable NFL Draft hopefuls for Alabama who are out of collegiate eligibility are wide receiver Germie Bernard and linebacker Deontae Lawson.
Bernard finished this season with 64 receptions for 862 yards and seven touchdowns in 14 games. His catches mark ranked sixth in the SEC, his yardage was seventh and he had the fifth-most scores.
Lawson, a two-time captain, finished his redshirt senior campaign with a Crimson Tide-best 89 tackles, including 4.5 for loss, 1.5 sacks, four pass breakups, two forced fumbles and two recoveries.
