The Purdue Boilermakers had 31 players exit via the transfer portal this offseason and cornerback Kyndrich Breedlove is included to that list. On Monday, he joined former teammate cornerback Nyland Green in transferring to the Arizona State Sun Devils.
The Big 12 champions have 16 players exiting via the transfer portal with 12 incoming.
Breedlove started every game for the Boilermakers last season. He transferred to Purdue after a redshirt sophomore season with the Colorado Buffaloes. He spent his first two seasons at Ole Miss.
The 5-foot-11, 185-pound corner had 40 tackles, four passes defended and three interceptions in 2024.
In the 2021 recruiting class, he was ranked No. 527 and committed to Ole Miss over offers from Georgia, LSU, Texas A&M, North Carolina and several others.

Arizona State has the No. 38 transfer portal class per On3Sports. They've added $778K in adjusted NIL value.
The Sun Devils have the No. 46 recruiting class in 2025, highlighted by athlete Cameron Dyer, rated No. 224 overall, and tight end AJ Ia, rated 329th overall.
On January 7, Arizona State announced they would retain quarterback Sam Leavitt, keeping him with the program after signing a new deal. No NIL dollar value was attributed to Leavitt, but On3Sports estimated that he is valued at $3 million.
Arizona State finished 2024 with an 11-3 record. After winning the Big 12 Championship against Iowa State, the Sun Devils lost in the College Football Playoff first round against No. 5 seed Texas Longhorns, 39-31.
