When Oregon landed a commitment on July 4th from Dakorien Moore, the No. 1 wide receiver in the country, it was a tone-setting and program-altering commitment. It proved that Oregon has arrived as a national powerhouse, shifting the landscape before their first season in the Big Ten.

Since then, all Oregon has done is blaze a trail in the recruiting world while locking down the only undefeated season in college football. Moore never wavered. There was never a whisper of him considering going elsewhere.

Moore, at 5'11" 186 lbs, isn't your prototypical X receiver. He's more of a chess piece that can create mismatches with his speed and route running. Dallas Wilson, on the other hand, previously a 4-star recruit that has seen his stock soar over the last several months, is absolutely an outside receiver at 6'3" 195 lbs out of high school.

Wilson has seen his stock climb to the level that he's now widely considered a top 3-5 wide receiver in the country, some ranking him just behind Moore as the No. 2 wide receiver. The last few weeks have been wild, and for Oregon, it was shaky right up until he put pen to paper. A late prediction came in that he was going to flip to Florida.

Shortly after, Wilson had his announcement event, where he announced that he was sticking with his commitment to Oregon, who he has been committed to for nearly two years. It was a long process, and one that Oregon was in on early.

Wilson and Moore form an electric, versatile, elite wide receiver duo that will walk in to Eugene together with an opportunity to build something incredibly special. With three starting wide receivers in Tez Johnson, Evan Stewart, and Traeshon Holden all potentially set to move on, there's a legitimate opportunity for the two incoming freshmen to compete for meaningful roles in year one. It's an incredible recruiting haul on National Signing Day.
