Twitter enraptured by Lovie Smith's magnificent beard

There are few things people love more than a classic beard. When you combine sports with an amazing beard, it becomes even better.

During Friday night’s matchup between the Penn State Nittany Lions and Illinois Fighting Illini, people found their new favorite.

Illinois’ coach Lovie Smith, the former NFL coach of the Chicago Bears and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, is rocking a glorious, white beard that would make Santa Claus jealous.

Twitter immediately took to the beard as tweets flooded in with people from across the country enraptured by it.
