A former top-10 quarterback entered the transfer portal after one season with his previous program. That quarterback was former Florida State and San Diego State player AJ Duffy.
Florida State had more than 20 players depart from its roster to enter the NCAA Transfer Portal throughout the offseason. The majority of those former Seminoles found homes across the FBS level.
FSU football has already seen redshirt freshman quarterback AJ Duffy intend to enter the transfer portal. As a result, the Seminoles will have scholarship options such as redshirt senior Tate Rodemaker, redshirt freshman Brock Glenn, and true freshman Luke Kromenhoek (if he signs with FSU).
Will FSU football hit the transfer portal this off-season looking for QB help? Jordan Travis ended a great career at FSU with an unfortunate injury and will not return next season, and AJ Duffy has recently entered the transfer portal.
The 30-day NCAA Transfer Portal window will open on Monday, December 4. Throughout the last week, players around the country have been announcing their intentions to explore their options elsewhere.
