Jacksonville State CB Transfer Derek Carter Signs with West Virginia

Jacksonville State cornerback Derek Carter has signed on the dotted line with the West Virginia Mountaineers, following his head coach Rich Rodriguez. Carter appeared in 35 games over three seasons for the Gamecocks.
