The Packers signed defensive lineman Keonte Schad, the team announced Thursday. Schad, a first-year player out of Oregon State, played for the New Orleans Breakers of the USFL in 2023.

In 2023, Schad finished second in the USFL with 7.5 sacks, despite playing the defensive tackle position. According to James Larsen of Pro Football Newsroom, the Green Bay Packers will be signing defensive tackle Keonte Schad ahead of their game versus the Baltimore Ravens this weekend.
