Penn State's Quinton Martin Jr., Corey Smith Seek to Stand Out in a Crowded Backfield
Penn State’s running backs room will look very familiar in 2025, with one notable exception. Stan Drayton has replaced Ja’Juan Seider as the Nittany Lions’ position coach, stepping into what Penn State football coach James Franklin called “arguably the most attractive” running backs job in the country.

Availability Report: Penn State RB Out for Wisconsin
MADISON, WI— The Big Ten’s weekly availability report is out, and Penn State will be without one of its running backs against Wisconsin. Quinton Martin Jr., a true freshman who is Penn State’s third-string running back behind Nicholas Singleton and Kaytron Allen, will not play Saturday night.
