MADISON, WI— The Big Ten’s weekly availability report is out, and Penn State will be without one of its running backs against Wisconsin. Quinton Martin Jr., a true freshman who is Penn State’s third-string running back behind Nicholas Singleton and Kaytron Allen, will not play Saturday night.
