Tennessee special teams coach Mark Elder will become the new head coach at Eastern Kentucky, a source told FOX Sports on Tuesday morning. Eastern Kentucky DL killed in car accident

Eastern Kentucky Colonels defensive lineman Joseph Kraemer, a prospect from the Dayton, Ohio area, was tragically killed in a car accident over the weekend.
