How any scene in Arrested Development ever got filmed is a mystery. When David Cross said to Jason Bateman, “And secondably, I know you’re the big marriage expert. Oh, I’m sorry, I forgot. Your wife is dead,” you can see Bateman crack a smile.

The Fast & Furious actors have spent so much time together that, at this point, they’re just having fun while filming. In the sixth film of the franchise, Ludacris told Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to say the line “You better hide that big ašs forehead” to Tyrese Gibson. The rapper didn’t think The Rock would do it, and his genuine reaction to the delivery was left in the film.

Charlie Day, 'It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia'

Charlie Day, 'It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia'
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia 3 Arts Entertainment

In all fairness, it would be impossible not to break on the set of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia . In one scene that takes place at a courthouse, Charlie Day’s character is trying to give Glenn Howerton’s character some papers. Howerton refuses them, and the interaction made Day laugh so much that he had to look down to keep from totally losing it, and it all was caught on camera.

John Krasinski, 'The Office'

John Krasinski, 'The Office'

Tonally, it doesn’t work for breaks to be left in The Office , but a few snuck their way in. In a scene where Steve Carell’s character accused Paul Lieberstein’s character of being a flasher, John Krasinski nearly loses it in the background. He covers his mouth to keep from laughing, and the moment can be seen in the episode.

Idris Elba, 'The Office'
The Office Deedle-Dee Productions/NBC

Another break that snuck its way into the final cut of The Office was guest star Idris Elba nearly losing it at Brian Baumgartner’s character saying “Hi” in the most earnest way possible, about three seconds too late. It was too good not to stay in the episode.

Mindy Kaling, 'The Office'

Mindy Kaling, 'The Office'
The Office Deedle-Dee Productions/NBC

And because it’s too good not to point out the times actors broke on The Office, one of Mindy Kaling’s breaks stayed in the final cut, too. In a Christmas episode, the actor couldn’t keep it together when Brian Baumgartner sat on Steve Carell’s lap. We wouldn’t have been able to keep a straight face, either.
