The Toxic Avenger is releasing in movie theaters on August 29. And trust us when we say, it’s one of the best movies with “Avenger” in the title to ever hit the big screen. The Toxic Avenger has it all — laughs, gore, heart (both the organ and the spiritual feeling of connection), and a terrific cast whose performances you will not want to miss. Could we ask for better than Peter Dinklage and Elijah Wood coming together on our screen? We think not. And the special effects that created Toxie’s look alone are worth the trip.
