While eating her "Last Meal," Agatha All Along star Kathryn Hahn shared which Marvel character she would want to see Agatha opposite of: "I think Doctor Strange or Loki would be really fun."
The result of that combo? "Mischievous magic."
Ever since the season 1 finale of Agatha All Along, fans have been asking when they will next see Hahn in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Sadly, she was not one of the names on the back of the Avengers: Doomsday chairs.
"Even though obviously now Billy/Wiccan is not her son, there is some sort of hope for her that she’s able to maybe do for him what she couldn’t do for Nicky. I think they do make a great team. Of course, I love this part and I love Joe Locke madly, and we’ll see what the future holds," she had expressed after the finale. "In my mind, this was a beautiful and satisfying way to say goodbye to this incredible character I had to play."
At SXSW, the actress was asked if she would have a role in Doomsday or Avengers: Secret Wars, but the response was not what fans were hoping for. "I don't think so," she answered. "I think I would know by now."
Considering how secretive Marvel is, there is always the chance that Hanh is just keeping her appearance a secret, but we will have to wait and see if that is actually the case. Plus, it has been confirmed that there will be more actors added to the Doomsday cast list.
However, we will be seeing both Loki and Doctor Stranger again, with Tom Hiddleston already confirmed for Doomsday and Benedict Cumberbatch telling Variety that he will be "in a lot" of Secret Wars.
The upcoming Avengers films will be directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, who are known for Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame.
Hahn can currently be seen as Maya Mason in The Studio on Apple TV+.
