Lisa Kudrow and David Schwimmer already fulfilled a promise from 'Friends: The Reunion'

Friends: The Reunion marked the first time all six of the Friends returned to Stage 24 since the 2004 series finale, and maybe even more remarkably, it was just the second time all six of them gathered at all in that 17-year span.

Toward the end of the one-hour-and-45-minute special, Courteney Cox addressed the plan moving forward: "This will really make me cry, but this will be the last time that we're ever asked about the show as a group that we will do this. Like, we're not gonna do this again in 15 more years. I'll tell you one thing, we are not waiting so long to have a dinner."

"No, we're not," Jennifer Aniston agreed. "We will not wait that long to get together."

Lisa Kudrow and David Schwimmer took those words to heart:

Aniston, Cox, Kudrow, Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry spent the better part of 10 years together during Friends's iconic 10-season run from 1994 to 2004.

They set the internet on fire in October 2019 when Aniston launched her Instagram account with a photo featuring all of them together, presumably the only other time they'd gathered before the reunion:

Friends: The Reunion is now streaming on HBO Max. Watch the trailer below.
