Carl's Jr. is getting back in the Super Bowl ad game this year in a big way, thanks to some help from Alix Earle.

For years, Carl's Jr. used attractive, bikini-clad women to promote their hamburgers. Kim Kardashian, Kate Upton, Heidi Klum and Katherine Webb are among those who have partnered with and promoted the fast food chain in the past. This year, Carl's Jr. has tabbed Earle, a popular influencer and social media personality, as the face (and body) for its "Hangover Burger," a concoction featuring "double bacon, charbroiled beef, hash browns, cheese and sauce."

"Let's be real: everyone is going to be a hot mess after the big game," Earle says in the ad, the "hot mess" line being a nod to the name of her podcast and apparel line. "Been there, done that. And I've got just what you need to cure that post-party bug: the Carl's Jr. hangover burger."

Why Earle? Well, over the last couple of years, few, if any, social media influencers have seen their careers take off quite like hers has.

A 24-year-old New Jersey native, Earle is a University of Miami alum who burst onto the scene on TikTok during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her popular "Get Ready With Me" videos helped establish and build her personal brand.

Ironically, Earle said that when she began posting unedited clips of herself and talking about her struggles with acne, her career took off.

"I got to a point where I said, 'This just isn’t real.' It isn’t authentic for me to be putting on these filters and taking on makeup and pretending like I’m not struggling with something that a lot of people deal with," Earle told TODAY in 2023. "I thought people from my school would judge me and immediately it was just this overwhelmingly kind community and I think a lot of people resonated with that."

While TikTok remains her bread-and-butter, Earle has become a force in the podcasting and modeling spaces as well.

Her "Hot Mess with Alix Earle" podcast is part of Alex Cooper's The Unwell Network, and in 2024, Earle became the first digital cover model in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit history.

"My @si_swimsuit cover story is officially here!!! Working with the SI Swim team on their FIRST ever digital cover has been such an honor!" Earle wrote on Instagram back in June. "Thank you to everyone who worked on this extremely special cover feature and story. Also thank you to everyone who has been so supportive."

In her personal life, Earle has been in a relationship with Miami Dolphins wide receiver Braxton Berrios since late 2023. The two regularly share content with each other on social media.

Earle also frequently posts about her family, including her younger sister Ashtin, also an aspiring influencer and model, as well as her three younger half-siblings from her father's second marriage.

Tonight, Earle will make headlines for her work with Carl's Jr., but that's not the only Super Bowl ad she's part of. The Poppi pitchwoman and investor is also set to star in a commercial for the prebiotic soda.
