Red One Trailer: Dwayne Johnson Leads New Christmas Action Comedy

Christmas has come early at Amazon MGM Studios, who have released the first trailer for Red One, their upcoming festive flick from Emmy-nominated Jake Kasdan.

Kasdan's previous filmography includes Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, and he will reteam with Dwayne Johnson for this rollercoaster ride of a holiday film filled with action and adventure... and even a talking polar bear.

Joining Johnson are co-stars Chris Evans, Lucy Liu, Kiernan Shipka, Bonnie Hunt, Kristofer Hivju, Nick Kroll, Wesley Kimmel and J.K. Simmons.

After Santa Claus – Code Name: RED ONE – is kidnapped, the North Pole's Head of Security (Dwayne Johnson) must team up with the world’s most infamous bounty hunter (Chris Evans) in a globe-trotting, action-packed mission to save Christmas.

Fast & Furious veteran, Chris Morgan, has co-written the screenplay with Hiram Garcia and the two will produce alongside Dwayne Johnson, Dany Garcia, Melvin Marr and Kasdan.

Red One will be available exclusively in theaters from November 15.
