The top 25 women competitors in 'The Challenge' history

Many have stepped into The Challenge sphere. For the majority of those, the legacy they leave behind is minimal. For the select few, there's an imprint left on the series that not only makes the show the reality competition giant it has become but also leaves a lasting impression that those before them seek to replicate. After looking at the 25 best men's competitors to set foot in the pit, it was time to do the same for all of the women to compete on The Challenge

1 of 25

25. Nany Gonzalez

Nany Gonzalez
MTV

Nany's longevity makes her a Challenge staple. She’s still seeking that first win, as she’s come up empty-handed in four finals. She’s also lost more than she’s won in eliminations at 7-10. She has a tremendous political game but needs that win to cement her legacy.

24. Kendal Sheppard

Kendal Sheppard
MTV Entertainment/Paramount

Prior to her run on all three All Stars seasons, Kendal had just one appearance in The Inferno, which she won. She dominated that season with 11 daily wins and a 1-0 elimination mark. She's been unsuccessful in her recent stretch, including having to leave with an injury on one season, or she easily could have moved up a few spots with even minimal success over her last few shows.

23. Aneesa Ferreira

Aneesa Ferreira
MTV

Aneesa has more tenure than many who have ever graced this competition. That also plays to her disadvantage, as she has yet to come up with a show win in 19 attempts and has only reached a final in four of those appearances. She’s one of the more physical women to ever step into the pit, but she still has lost as many times as she’s won with a 14-14 elimination record. Her 45 daily wins are a nice resume booster.

22. Jenna Compono

Jenna Compono
MTV

Jenna had what it took to win but couldn’t get that elusive finals victory in her three appearances. Her 6-3 elimination record speaks to how good of a competitor she was in her nine seasons, but there’s still a little more she needs to accomplish to place higher on this list.

21. Jenny West

Jenny West
MTV

Unfortunately, she only has appeared in two seasons, or there’s no doubt she’d be higher. As athletic as any woman to appear on this show, Jenny is 3-1 in eliminations and impressively won in her only final appearance to pick up an easy $500,000. Let’s hope The Challenge can get her to make a return sooner than later.

20. KellyAnne Judd

KellyAnne Judd
MTV Entertainment/Paramount

Still seeking that first win to this day, KellyAnne has ramped up her competitiveness in her recent appearances with back-to-back final berths in All Stars 1 and All Stars 3. She has a 6-4 mark in eliminations but does lack success in daily competitions, with just five and only one of them coming in her first four seasons.

7 of 25

19. Kam Williams

Kam Williams
MTV

She’s destined to win if and when she returns to The Challenge. In six appearances, Kam has reached the end three times. There are only a few women who can physically compete with her, as evidenced by her impressive 8-3 record in eliminations. She earned the “Killa Kam” moniker for a reason.

18. Roni Martin

Roni Martin
MTV Entertainment/Paramount

Like Kendal Sheppard, Roni was selective in her early career with just two appearances but won both of them with 12 daily wins and avoided being put in elimination in both seasons, which speaks to her strong social game. She returned for All Stars 3 but fell short, hardly making a dent in her grand return. Nonetheless, her time on The Gauntlet and Real World vs. Road Rules is easily enough to get her on this list.

17. Amber Borzotra

Amber Borzotra
MTV Entertainment/Paramount

For some reason, Amber always seems to be on the outside of alliances, but she still claws her way through every season she appears in, which is impressive. She has just one final made in her four shows, but she made it count by winning it all. Add that to her 5-2 mark in eliminations, and Amber has set herself up to move up higher on this list as she progresses through her young career.

10 of 25

16. Coral Smith

Coral Smith
MTV

A shorter resume is the only thing holding Coral back. She reached the end in half her six appearances, including one win. She never lost in elimination, with two wins to her credit, and has a ridiculous 33 daily wins, averaging nearly six competition wins per season.

11 of 25

15. Jonna Mannion

Jonna Mannion
MTV Entertainment/Paramount

Her first five seasons saw her reach zero finals, pick up only six daily wins, and go 2-5 in eliminations. With age, she got better and reached three straight finals in the All Stars seasons, including two straight wins in All Stars 2 and All Stars 3, going 2-0 in eliminations with four daily wins. She was a late bloomer in terms of success; some could argue she should be ranked higher.

12 of 25

14. Tori Hall

Tori Hall
MTV

In three appearances, Tori has wins across The Gauntlet III and Cutthroat. Unfortunately, she has just three seasons to her name, or she could have become a true elite Challenger.

13. Tori Deal

Tori Deal
MTV Entertainment/Paramount

It seems like she has the makings of a multi-season champion with her current trajectory. Fresh off her first win in Ride or Dies, Tori has four final appearances across her 10 seasons. Her 6-3 elimination record and 29 daily wins are even more impressive. A spot in the top 10 is well within her reach.

14 of 25

12. Kaycee Clark

Kaycee Clark
MTV Entertainment/Paramount

She has so much going for her, which makes it very likely she can pick up at least one more win. She’s reached the final in more than half of her five seasons, is 4-2 in eliminations and has 18 daily victories. Kaycee also holds bragging rights as she was a previous winner of Big Brother with more than $1 million in winnings across her reality career.

15 of 25

11. Ashley Mitchell

Ashley Mitchell
MTV

No woman has won more money on The Challenge than Ashley, which says something. How she won so much came at the expense of Hunter Barfield. She had the choice to split her winnings with Hunter or keep it all for herself, and she controversially chose to keep the entire prize. She’s struggled to maintain much of a political game due to that betrayal, reaching just one final since her Final Reckoning win.

16 of 25

10. Laurel Stucky

Laurel Stucky
MTV

From a physical standpoint, only a few, if any, could compete with her. Her 10-3 elimination record is her biggest claim to being ranked higher on this list. The only reason she isn’t in that elite tier is that she has just one win in her four final appearances over seven seasons. She was so dominant in her first four seasons that it almost hinders her game now, as she’s targeted early whenever she is on, failing to reach the finals in each of her last three runs.

9. Paula Meronek

Paula Meronek
MTV

Dominant over her 10 seasons, Paula reached the end five times. She picked up a pair of wins in Rivals and Rivals II, which happened to be her last season to date. She also excelled at the daily competitions by winning 30 of them.

18 of 25

8. Jodi Weatherton

Jodi Weatherton
MTV Entertainment/Paramount

Jodi has an elite political game and has the skills to make her a fierce competitor. She could be higher on this list but lacks longevity. She has reached the end twice in five seasons and won both times. She only is 2-2 in eliminations, but she has picked up 23 daily wins despite her shorter career.

19 of 25

7. Emily Schromm

Emily Schromm
MTV

Let's see. Emily has just four seasons to her name. How is she this high on the list? Well, she reached the end in all four of those appearances while winning both Rivals II and Champs vs. Stars 1. Oh, and she's a beast in eliminations, having never lost with a 5-0 record.

20 of 25

6. Sarah Rice

Sarah Rice
MTV

A two-time winner, Sarah has reached the finals in five of her nine seasons. She has more than $173,000 in winnings, aided by her 16 daily wins and 6-2 record in eliminations.

5. Susie Meister

Susie Meister
MTV

They don’t make many Challengers like Susie. If she was on a season, she was a lock to make it to the end. No, seriously. She has appeared in four seasons, reaching the finals in each of those while winning twice. She came back as a coach on Spring Break Challenge, and to no surprise, led her team to a win. She also is 4-0 in eliminations.

22 of 25

4. Veronica Portillo

Veronica Portillo
MTV Entertainment/Paramount

In an elite group of women with three Challenge wins, Veronica was dominant in her first seven seasons, with four of her appearances seeing her reach the finals. She has a ridiculous 49 daily wins, too. She's fallen off, having failed to reach the end in seven straight seasons.

23 of 25

3. Camila Nakagawa

Camila Nakagawa
MTV

An absolute beast when it came to eliminations, Camila was 10-3. Being so tough to get out meant she stuck around quite a bit, which is why she has six final appearances in 13 seasons with three overall wins.

24 of 25

2. Evelyn Smith

Evelyn Smith
MTV

One of four women to have ever won three seasons, Evelyn reached the finals four times across her seven appearances. She collected 26 daily wins and a 6-3 mark in eliminations. Two of those three wins came over her first four seasons.

1. Cara Maria Sorbello

Cara Maria Sorbello
MTV

There just isn't a resume among women who have competed on The Challenge that sticks out like Cara Maria's. Over 15 seasons, she has won three times in 10 final appearances. No woman has more elimination wins than her 13-5 record. She also had a run where she reached six straight finals and won half the time.
