Multiple reports in Italy claim that Francisco Conceiçao has given up a €3m bonus to facilitate a deal between Juventus and Porto and join the Bianconeri permanently.
Portuguese winger Conceiçao has agreed to give up circa €3m for a permanent transfer to Juventus, according to Gazzetta and Tuttosport.
The Italian sports papers claim that Conceiçao was supposed to get 20% from any future permanent transfer from Porto, but the 22-year-old has renounced part of that sum, circa €3m, to facilitate a deal between the Portuguese giants and Juventus.
According to Gazzetta, the Bianconeri will spread the €3m bonus over Conceiçao’s new long-term deal at the Allianz Stadium.
Sky Sport Italia reported on Monday night that Juventus were close to reaching an agreement with Porto over a permanent €25m transfer despite Conceiçao’s clause being €30m.
The clause will rise to €45m tomorrow, but Conceiçao wants to stay at Juventus and has rejected an offer from Everton, according to A Bola.
As per Gazzetta, Juventus will pay a fixed fee of circa €21m-€22m plus add-ons to reach €25-€27m.
Conceiçao spent the last season on loan at Juventus, scoring seven goals and providing six assists in 40 appearances across all competitions.
