Golf legend Tiger Woods isn’t having the most positive time after police arrested him last Friday. The 50-year-old was involved in a rollover car crash, which prompted authorities to arrest him for eight hours.
Woods broke his silence on the situation with a statement shared on Tuesday. He announced he would step away from the sport to seek help. On Wednesday, Woods’ attorney, Douglas Duncan, asked a judge to allow his client to receive treatment for his issues overseas. The lawyer cited privacy as the main reason.
Nobody knew where or when Woods would leave, but new details emerged about the 15-major winner’s whereabouts.
On Friday, TMZ Sports reported that Tiger Woods’ private plane left America and landed in Europe. More specifically, the jet landed in Zurich, Switzerland. Paracelsus Recovery and Kusnacht Practice, two centers known for being exclusive and private, are near the Swiss city.
They reported that the plane left the European country and flew back to the States, which might confirm Woods stayed there. Some centers have one-client admittance for better attention, so this makes sense.
This is only speculation, but things suggest that Woods might be there for his treatment.
