Doug Fister hit in the head by line drive

Detroit Tigers starting pitcher Doug Fister was nailed in the head with a ball hit by Gregor Blanco during Game 2 of the World Series. Fister stayed in the game and managed to get out of a bases loaded situation in the bottom of the second.
