The New York Knicks celebrated and commemorated their 2026 NBA championship on Tuesday night in Madison Square Garden during the league’s opening night with the annual championship celebration.

Jalen Brunson, Karl-Anthony Towns, and the entire Knicks organization welcomed a sold-out crowd to celebrate this title achievement 53 years in the making, and it was capped off not just by the banner-raising ceremony but by everyone receiving their one-of-a-kind championship rings.

Created by renowned luxury jeweler Jason of Beverly Hills and the organization’s leadership, these championship rings were crafted in white gold with just under 800 diamonds and sapphires totaling 22 carats. Round brilliant and emerald-cut white diamonds were paired with radially set blue sapphires as part of the design to reflect the Knicks’ colors.

Not only does the ring feature milestones and individual player tributes across it, but defining moments from the team’s championship run highlight engravings and finer details of the ring. Best of all, this championship ring takes things to a new level with a first-of-its-kind feature that no other championship ring in professional sports has ever done.

A built-in mechanism allows the ring to expand in the center, raising a miniature recreation of Madison Square Garden’s iconic exterior. This middle section of the ring is also removable, revealing the entire interior of MSG’s lower bowl with the court in gold.

Wrapping around the championship ring on the exterior is the number of every player on the title-winning roster, with further personalizations for each player that contain their last name and a diamond-encrusted jersey number.

The words “WORLD CHAMPIONS” are set with 69 points of round white diamonds to honor the 69 total wins that the Knicks had during their championship pursuit (regular season and postseason combined).

The phrase “KNICKS IN FIVE,” which was commonly coined by the fans throughout New York’s historic postseason run, is also engraved along the inner part of the championship ring.

“What makes this ring unique from others I’ve created is how every detail — from the combination of round brilliant and emerald-cut diamonds with radially set blue sapphires to the individual player tributes and championship milestones — tells a story that is distinctly New York Knicks,” Jason Arasheben of Jason of Beverly Hills told Page Six.

Arasheben also stated that the ring was designed to “capture the team’s identity and the defining moments of its title run.”

In addition to designing these rings for the Knicks players and members of the organization, the jeweler and designer is also allowing fans to take part in this special moment in New York sports history. Knicks fans can purchase six different commemorative pieces, including rings, pendants, and championship accessories.

Included in these six commemorative pieces is the Knicks Premier Championship Ring, a limited-edition, fully personalized championship ring with white gold and genuine diamonds, being sold for $19,995 through the jeweler’s website. Only 200 total pieces will be sold.
