Knicks sign big man Norvel Pelle to second 10-day deal

The New York Knicks have signed center/forward Norvel Pelle to a second 10-day contract, the team announced in a release.

Pelle is 6-foot-10 and has appeared in one game so far with the Knicks. He is averaging 2.0 points and 2.2 rebounds in five games total with the Knicks, Brooklyn Nets and Sacramento Kings this season.

The Knicks (27-27) are in eighth place in the Eastern Conference entering Monday’s home game against the defending champion Los Angeles Lakers.
