The Los Angeles Lakers moved to 17-6 on Sunday after a 112-108 win on the road against the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Lakers lost to the Boston Celtics on Friday night, 126-105, with LeBron James and Luka Doncic missing the game.

This time, both stars played. Doncic led the way with 31 points, 15 rebounds and 11 assists as James added 29 points with seven rebounds and six assists.

All five LA starters finished in double figures in points, and Deandre Ayton added a 14-point, 12-rebound double-double in another team effort.

After the game, James continued to move up the NBA record books.

The Lakers' superstar moved to second all-time on the NBA's total wins list.

The NBA account posted the news on X.

"Congrats to @KingJames of the @Lakers for moving into 2nd on the all-time TOTAL WINS list!"

He moved past Robert Parish and is now 60 wins away from breaking the record set by Lakers legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

Parish played 21 NBA seasons, and James began the season 48 games behind Parish’s NBA record for regular-season games played, which is 1,611.

James is the first-ever NBA player to play 23 seasons, and he passed Vince Carter, who played 22 seasons in the league.

This season, James missed the start of the season due to sciatica, but he entered Sunday's game averaging 14 points with 7.8 assists.

The Lakers next face the San Antonio Spurs in LA on Wednesday at 10:00 pm ET.
