The Indiana Pacers and New York Knicks were set to renew hostilities on the basketball court Saturday night with fans, players and broadcasters anticipating the end of the series for New York.
Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton dressed in all black from head to toe as he entered Gainbridge Fieldhouse, setting the tone for a game that could be the end of the Knicks' season.
Former Pacers star and franchise legend Reggie Miller followed the same blueprint as he walked into the building, sending a message verbally and with his outfit choice as he planned to call the crucial Eastern Conference Finals matchup.
"You know what time it is!" Miller said upon entering the Pacers' arena as he prepared to call Game 6.
Miller wore all black with a white undershirt, appearing to mimic the "funeral" vibe started by Haliburton.

Miller famously made a choking gesture toward director Spike Lee during the Pacers' Game 5 win in the 1994 Eastern Conference Finals, a series the Pacers went on to lose to their Eastern Conference rivals.
Miller led the Pacers in scoring that game with 25 points while Patrick Ewing led the Knicks with 22 points.
Haliburton is second on the Pacers in scoring this postseason behind Pascal Siakim, but did his best Miller impersonation in Game 1 as he sent the contest to overtime with a fadeaway two-pointer from the top of the key.
The Pacers will need Haliburton and others to play their best against the Knicks with a trip to the Finals on the line tonight in Indianapolis.
