Russell Westbrook's time with the Los Angeles Lakers is seemingly coming to an end. The partnership between the former MVP and the 17-time champions didn't work and everything points out he will leave the squad this offseason. Westbrook is ready to try his luck somewhere else, but he's sending messages before everything is said and done.

The veteran point guard recently deleted every picture he had related to the Los Angeles Lakers, but it seems that wasn't the end of it. Now Westbrook has deleted all the posts on his account, leaving a single video.

The 2017 NBA MVP recently shared a 36-second clip with an old Nipsey Hussle message about the expectations people had about him and how they tried to make him responsible for not living up to them.

"I learned when I was younger, I learned you can't put your expectations of me on me. I'm me. You're not gonna ever make me feel bad for it. Make me react to how you're reacting to me. I don't care, I'm me. Part of who I am, you know it's disrespectful, crossing the line like basic things, I'm gonna check myself. We're all individuals, so for you to think my balance or my ratio, I'm too this or too that, and I ain't got enough of this or enough of that, that's all love, just keep it to yourself."

This is a strong message and it can be seen as Russ' direct response to all the people that wanted him to be something he wasn't during his first season with the Los Angeles Lakers. He landed in SoCal hoping to help LeBron James and Anthony Davis win the NBA championship. Yet, things go incredibly wrong for the Purple and Gold, who couldn't even make the play-in tournament.

Russ is seemingly out of Los Angeles, but nobody knows where he'll play next. What started as the promise that the Lakers would compete for the championship ended up being a nightmare for them, who have a lot of work to do to clean this mess.
