Houston Rockets veteran guard Fred VanVleet had been having a tough time shooting in the first three games of the Rockets first round playoff series with the Golden State Warriors. But despite falling into a 3-1 hole with a 109-106 loss in Game 4, Steady Freddy finally arrived.
VanVleet scored 25 points with 24 coming from the three-point line, where he shot 8-for-12. If the Rockets are going to slay their generational postseason demon, they are going to need more shooting performances like this from FVV.
Which brings us to today's quiz. There have been 36 players in NBA history to make eight or more three-pointers in a single playoff game in league history. How many of those players can you name in five minutes?
Good luck!
