Aaron Rodgers Announces He'll 'Never' Post Family Photos Again

Aaron Rodgers isn't known for sharing much about his family or personal life online. He's rarely shared photos of his past relationships, like the one with Danica Patrick, and he won't share much about his family, either.

However, this summer, the veteran NFL quarterback shared some rare photos of his family life. Rodgers, 42, has been working on his relationships with his family members. The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback enjoyed a weekend with his parents, brother, sister-in-law and nieces and nephews.

"There's been a narrative out there. There's not been a lot of information that's truthful about it. And I think that the personal life should stay personal and private," Rodgers said.

"But I feel like it was part of the full-circle to just one time post something, and never again," he continued. "So that that narrative can finally be put to rest."

Rodgers, though, says he'll never post family photos again.

"I've been really staunch, going back to when there was a schism, that I feel like that stuff should be off limits," Rodgers told The Athletic on Aug. 3. "Now, not everybody in the family adhered to the same thing, but there are different things, situations, experiences, and people that actually change your life."

Rodgers does credit his wife, Brittani, for helping him reconnect with his family.

"She is the big impetus behind that [reconciliation]," Rodgers told TheAthletic. "Not that she was pushing it, but just the way that she loves me and supports me, it's allowed me to open up to that possibility. And it's been a couple-year process of communication and spending time together, but that is a real blessing in my life to have those relationships back and to close that circle that was cut for so many years."

Rodgers' brother, Jordan, wasn't present during reunion

Rodgers' brother, Jordan - a college football analyst and former 'Bachelorette' contestant - did like the photo his brother shared on IG.

"Me and Aaron don't really have that much of a relationship," Jordan told JoJo Fletcher, whom he proposed to at the end of the season (and married in 2022). "It's just kind of the way he's chosen to do life, and I've chosen to stay close with my family and my parents and my brother."

Hopefully, all fences can be mended.
