Ezekiel Elliott’s dogs have him in legal trouble again.

According to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports, an employee at a pet resort claims Elliott’s Rottweiler attacked him as the dog was being taken outside. The plaintiff, Brandon Williams, claims the dog seized his right arm and threw him to the ground. The suit also claims that the attack left him “seriously injured” and that the wound required stitches.

Williams is suing both Elliott and Bliss Pet Resort for more than $250,000 but less than $1 million.

Elliott’s attorney, Frank Salzano, seemingly acknowledged in a statement that there had been an incident, but that it had been “indicated at the time of the incident that this was not uncommon and was being handled under standard spa protocol.” As such, he said Elliott was “very surprised” to learn of the complaint.

This is not the first time behavior by Elliott’s dogs has led to legal action, as a woman who was cleaning Elliott’s pool alleged she was attacked in 2020. Elliott is also being investigated by police amid claims that his dogs escaped his home in May and bit neighbors.
