Antonio Brown believes Tom Brady will play again
Antonio Brown Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

There are many people who believe we have not seen the last of Tom Brady playing in the NFL, and Antonio Brown can now be added to that growing list.

TMZ caught up with Brown this week and asked him for his thoughts on Brady’s retirement. Brown was asked if he thinks Brady will stay retired, to which he responded, “Why would he do that?” The seven-time Pro Bowler then said he believes Brady will play again at some point.

Brown didn’t offer any specific team he thinks Brady might play for, only saying “whoever wants to win.”

We doubt Brown has any inside information. His relationship with Brady has seemingly been in an awkward place since Brown stripped off his uniform and left the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 17. However, Brown certainly is not the only person who believes Brady’s retirement will be temporary.

Brady has not ruled out playing again. He said on his podcast recently that you can “never say never” when asked about a potential return. Though, some more recent comments he made sounded like they came from a seven-time Super Bowl champion who is happy with his decision.
