Browns WR Amari Cooper doesn't want to throw more passes after 'abomination' interception

The only negative for the Cleveland Browns on Monday night was a botched trick play that saw wide receiver Amari Cooper throw "an abomination" of an interception.

That is Cooper's description of the play, and he doesn't want to be throwing too many more passes after that experience.

“It was an abomination,” said Cooper after Monday's game. “It kept running through my mind, ‘OK, If he’s not open, throw it away.’ I didn’t really realize how hard it was to throw the ball away, because that’s what I tried to do. I did not try to throw it to him. I was trying to get the ball back to the line of scrimmage. I looked up, it was in another guy’s hands. It was terrible. Don’t have me throwing too many more passes.”

Here is a look at the play.

The good news for Cooper and the Browns? He absolutely went off doing the job he was hired to do and caught five passes for 131 yards and a touchdown in the Browns' 32-13 win over the Cincinnati Bengals

That was Cooper's first NFL pass attempt, and based on that, he probably will not be getting another attempt anytime soon.
