Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs are coming off a narrow 30-27 win over Klint Kubiak and the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday. Las Vegas quarterback Kirk Cousins threw for 365 yards to go along with two touchdowns and an interception. The Raiders’ tight ends were the main targets, with Brock Bowers catching six passes for 86 yards and a touchdown, while Michael Mayer ended with a team-high eight catches for 82 yards.
While Las Vegas running back Ashton Jeanty was bottled up for only 58 yards on 15 carries, Kansas City running back Kenneth Walker III dazzled, putting up 177 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 22 carries. Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes threw for 225 yards and two touchdowns, with wide receiver Tyquan Thornton being his main target. Thornton hauled in 111 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Now in his 14th season, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce caught two passes for 15 yards. After a disastrous 2025 NFL regular season in which Kansas City missed the playoffs, head coach Andy Reid has his Chiefs undefeated as they enter their bye week. The undefeated record isn’t the only good thing going for Kelce, as evidenced by recent off-field career news.
No, the update is not about his marriage to high-profile singer Taylor Swift, but rather an endeavor in conjunction with his brother, former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce. The Kelce brothers are the largest individual investors, co-owners and faces of Garage Beer.
On Wednesday, Rolling Stone magazine revealed its “2026 RS Spirits Awards,” given to the “coolest spirits” (alcoholic beverages) of the year. There are various categories, from Best Whiskey to Best Rum and so on. Under the category of “Best Beer + Canned Cocktails,” the subcategory of “Coolest New Beer Brand” went to Garage Beer.
“Jason and Travis Kelce know a thing or two about having a good time,” Rolling Stone wrote in the blurb. “And that’s exactly what they bring to Garage Beer, the lager brand they joined in 2024 and took to new heights (pun intended) this year. While the Kelce brothers have that easygoing ‘everyman’ quality, their beer is anything but average, delivering a crisp, crushable sip with a hint of hops and a touch of citrus. From branding to bottling, Garage Beer is refreshing in all the right ways and yes, a total touchdown.”
That same Wednesday, Kelce took to social media to promote his beer brand’s ranking. On his Instagram Story, Kelce posted a screenshot of the first-place finish for Rolling Stone’s Coolest New Beer Brand of 2026. The 37-year-old posted the “” emoji.
