Travis Kelce is not yet ready to hang it up. The four-time All-Pro tight end decided to shun retirement for a second straight year to return to the Kansas City Chiefs for at least one more season.
Kelce is eager to make amends after a forgettable 2025 campaign. The Chiefs finished with a 6-11 record, missing the NFL playoffs for the first time since 2014.
On a personal level, Kelce finished the campaign with 76 catches for 851 yards and five touchdowns. It was far from enough to help lift the Chiefs to success.
The good news is that Kelce gets a chance to redeem himself in 2026.
Despite his decision to return for another year, there is no denying that Kelce is now at the tail end of his career. In fact, his 14th season could very well be the last one for the 36-year-old veteran.
Kelce has long been preparing for life after retirement. On top of being an established media personality, he has also built quite a formidable business portfolio through the years.
One of his ventures is lager brand Garage Beer. The Chiefs TE became a major investor in the company in 2024 alongside his brother, Philadelphia Eagles legend Jason Kelce. Since then, the Kelce brothers have been making moves to grow the brand.
Garage Beer just made a big move. It was announced on Monday that the product is now available in bottles, after being offered exclusively in cans in previous years. Kelce shared the announcement post in his Instagram stories, along with a request.
"Go grab your NEW Garage Beer Bottles!!!" wrote the 11-time Pro Bowler.

Garage Beer went all out with its announcement. It produced a Western mini movie starring Jason Kelce and his wife, Kylie Kelce. Travis Kelce showed his support by sharing the trailer on social media.
Kelce and the Chiefs still have a few months left before their preparations for the new season officially get underway. Training camp usually starts in mid-to-late July.
Kelce is looking forward to what he hopes will be a year of redemption for the Chiefs.
