Colts at Rams Week 4 Final Score Predictions: The legend of Indiana Jones is going across the country to take on a top NFC team

The Indianapolis Colts and Los Angeles Rams are going head-to-head in Week 4 in a battle of two of the league's best teams to start the year. Daniel Jones and the Colts' red-hot offense will try to get the best of the Rams' elite pass rush, which leads the league with 12 sacks. A group of our A to Z Sports contributors gets together to share their thoughts on this AFC vs. NFC showdown. Each shared their final score predictions for the matchup, and the majority of the team is backing one side in particular.

Rams avenge their Week 3 blunder

Intrigued to see this one from a trenches standpoint. The Rams' pass rush is young and exciting, but the defensive line unit for Indy has performed better than some expected so far, too. It’s been fun watching Daniel Jones dominate so far this season, but I think this week will be a tall task for him. The Rams love causing chaos and confusion up front. Not to mention, Johnathan Taylor is playing out of his mind right now. For the Rams, they completely butchered what would have been a massive win against the Philadelphia Eagles last weekend. They’ll come out looking to make up for that this week. I think this will be a close game throughout, but I’ll take Los Angeles.

Best matchup of the NFL's Week 4 slate

This Colts-Rams showdown could be the best of the week, with two of the best offenses in the league duking it out. For the Rams, this game is a prime opportunity to wash out the sting of blowing last week's game against the Philadelphia Eagles. With a team hungry to prove themselves and Stafford still dealing lasers, I think the Rams are going to be extra motivated this week, and that will ultimately prove to be the difference maker.

Rams' pass rush too much for the Colts to handle

While I give the Colts credit for taking care of business and starting the season 3-0, it can't be ignored that two of those wins were over arguably the worst teams in the league. They have the opportunity to make a statement by beating one of the NFC's best teams on the road, but I have my doubts. The Rams rank in the top five of the NFL in both total offense and defense, and are a veteran team accustomed to winning big games. Los Angeles is tied for the league lead in sacks with 12, and I think it will rattle Colts quarterback Daniel Jones a bit, which could lead to turnovers. Indianapolis will give a valiant effort, but the Rams will close it out in the late stages.

Score Prediction: Rams 30 - Colts 23

Colts offense stays strong

The Colts are off to a quicker start than anyone predicted, and have their toughest test of the season on deck. They are hitting the road to take on one of the top teams in the NFC, the Rams. The Colts' offense has been nothing short of fantastic and will need to continue that trend if they want to improve to 4-0. To make things worse, the Colts are getting an angry Rams team that fumbled their Week 3 matchup vs. the reigning Super Bowl champion Eagles away in heartbreaking fashion. Even with all of that, for some reason, I still think the Colts will do the unthinkable and improve to 4-0.

Their offense, led by Daniel Jones, has made me a believer, and their performance against the Denver Broncos in Week 2 , which I believe has the best defense in the NFL, makes me think they are for real. I think this one will be a back-and-forth battle, where the team that has possession of the ball last will ultimately win. I think Spencer Shrader gets his second game-winning field goal attempt of the year, and I think he gets the job done and helps the Colts improve to 4-0.
