In Week 5, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones went viral after the 37-22 win over the New York Jets.
Jones was caught on video flipping off fans from his box at MetLife Stadium.
The NFL disciplined Jones by handing down a $250,000 fine for the incident. Initially, it was reported that the Cowboys' owner would appeal the fine.
On Friday, Jones had yet to appeal the fine officially, and the deadline to do so was on Friday.
Jones has now reportedly made a decision and will not appeal the fine, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
"Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has decided not to appeal his $250,000 fine for flipping the bird at fans last week. As Jones said in his hall of fame speech, he loves all fans and has received his fair share of “love salutes” from them over the years. Consider this paying it forward," Pelissero wrote.

All fine money goes to charitable causes, and Tom Pelissero reported that Jones is "genuinely happy" about that.
Earlier in the week, Jones cleared the air on the incident.
“That was unfortunate,” Jones said on Tuesday morning. “That was kind of exchange with our fans right in front of us. There was a swarm of Cowboys fans out front…That was inadvertent on my part because it was right after they made our last touchdown and we were all excited about it…I just put up the wrong show on the hand.”
Jones said the "intention was thumbs up."
The Cowboys face the Carolina Panthers on the road in Week 6.
