Following a comeback win on the road in week 1, the Minnesota Vikings will have their home opener on Sept. 14.
When fans arrive for the first home tilt of the 2025 season, they will find dozens of new food items dotting the concourse.
There will be 22 local vendors at U.S. Bank Stadium this season, including some that will make their debut at the stadium, such as Tender Lovin' Chix, Lord Fletcher's, The Rabbit Hole, and Hippo Pockets.
Before you take in the J.J. McCarthy-era in-person, here are some of the new foods fans can track down throughout the 2025 season.
New food from local food vendors in 2025:
In addition to what's pictured above, U.S. Bank Stadium is adding Cold Stone Creamery ice cream, Original Hockey Mom Brownies, and PoppedCorn's popcorn and fudge.
In addition to the fresh food and vendors above, the stadium will debut five new in-house concepts.
Dirty Soda Shoppe will serve three varieties of dirty soda. A cherry-forward drink called Starry Night, the root beer float-like Rootbeer Mayhem, and Toffee Surprise. The Shoppe can be found in Section 118.
The Kernel Popcorn will serve popcorn in Sections 104 and 132. Wholesome Wonders will offer a variety of gluten-free items, including parfaits, salads, wraps, and desserts in Section 119.
Lao Brat's Lao Bratwurst is a spicy brat with coleslaw, offered in sections 124, 130, 304, and 317. Lastly, Wit Love will dish up a Philly cheesesteak in Section 108 and the Polaris Club.
