Green Bay Packers Defensive Roster Prediction

Green Bay Packers training camp is underway, today we will look into who makes the final roster and who could be some surprise cuts in 2025. The Packers may need to make some tough decisions come cut down day. It’s difficult to do predictions, with things like injuries changing some players outlook on the roster. As Packers beat writers like Ross Uglem, Wendell Ferreira, Andy Herman and Justis Mosqueda point out, no one cares what any writer thinks the Packers will do. This is only a roster prediction. The idea is to give any reader the best guess as to what’s going to happen come roster cut down.

Defensive Tackles: Kenny Clark, Devonte Wyatt, Karl Brooks, Warren Brinson, Colby Wooden, James Ester, Keith Randolph Jr., Nazir Stackhouse, Nesta Jade Silvera

Keep: Kenny Clark, Devonte Wyatt, Karl Brooks, Warren Brinson, Nazir Stackhouse(5)

Cut: Colby Wooden, James Ester, Keith Randolph Jr., Nesta Jade Silvera

The biggest cut from this list is Colby Wooden. He could still make the roster but with good camps Brinson and Stackhouse could replace Wooden.

Edges: Rashan Gary, Lukas Van Ness, Kingsley Enagbare, Barryn Sorrell, Collin Oliver, Brenton Cox Jr., Arron Mosby, Deslin Alexandre

Keep: Rashan Gary, Lukas Van Ness, Kingsley Enagbare, Barryn Sorrell, Brenton Cox Jr., Collin Oliver(6)

Cut: Arron Mosby, Deslin Alexandre

No real big splashes for the Green Bay Packers in the pass rush department. The Packers add Sorrell and Oliver to the mix with Mosby becoming the odd man out.

Safeties: Xavier McKinney, Evan Williams, Javon Bullard, Zayne Anderson, Kitan Oladapo, Omar Brown, Jonathan Baldwin

The top 4 spots of the secondary appeared locked up, the Packers seem to like Kitan Oladapo for his versatility. He could become the odd man out come roster cut down time with Omar Browns strong family night showing.
