Jason Kelce is in full support of his brother after his Philadelphia Eagles bowed out of the playoffs. And just like any brother, he’s proud of Travis’ on-field feats.
The All-Pro center was bound to grab headlines after his iconic stunt in front of Buffalo Bills fans . Surprisingly (or should we say unsurprisingly?), the elder Kelce brother kept things down during the on-field celebration of the Kansas City Chiefs’ AFC Championship.
Kelce was among the family members who swarmed the field of M&T Stadium after the Chiefs managed to outlast the Baltimore Ravens, 17-10. All eyes were on him to see if he pulled off anything remotely similar to the Bills game in energy.
Surprisingly, his outfit was a bit more tame. Bryan Fonseca of the New York Post reports what the Philadelphia Eagles lineman did with his brother:
After the Chiefs topped the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday 17-10, Jason Kelce took to the field in a Hawaiian shirt to spend a moment with his brother.
The two hugged and Jason told Travis to “finish that motherf–ker.”
It was a wholesome moment for fans of both players to see the two of them support each other on and off the field. His encouraging words also meant the world for his brother.
Kelce is currently having fun supporting his brother in the playoffs. He revealed that the moments he had in Buffalo was a particular highlight for his postseason run.
Nicole Massabrook of Us Magazine detailed Jason’s thoughts on last week’s game:
“This was an opportunity to honestly just go someplace and … go have fun and root on [my] brother,” he said, adding that he hadn’t been able to watch Travis as a fan in two years.
Jason Kelce definitely be in Las Vegas to support his brother as his NFL future is swept to the side. Whatever he decides to do after the season’s over, he’ll be remembered as one of the most athletic and loved centers the league has ever seen.
