Derrick Henry and the Baltimore Ravens have quickly found themselves on a downward spiral this season as the team came into its Week 5 matchup against the Houston Texans with a 1-3 record, then suffered yet another loss.
The injuries have been mounting across the board for the Ravens as two-time MVP quarterback Lamar Jackson is sidelined with a hamstring issue, offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley is out with an ankle injury, linebacker Roquan Smith also has a hamstring issue, and safety Kyle Hamilton has a groin injury that has hampered him on the field.
With the Ravens being forced to turn to Cooper Rush at quarterback, the team's offense took a major step back, as they ended up losing 44-10 to the Texans.
However, amid the disastrous performance by the team, Henry made a bit of history when he scored a touchdown with two minutes, 41 seconds remaining in the third quarter.
After powering it in to make the score 34-10, NFL RedZone revealed that Henry has officially tied Chicago Bears legend Walter Payton for the fifth-most career rushing touchdowns in NFL history.

Henry is 11 touchdowns shy of surpassing Minnesota Vikings legend Adrian Peterson (120) for the fourth spot and 14 shy of passing Los Angeles Raiders legend Marcus Allen.
Considering that he averages 10.9 rushing touchdowns per season, both of those marks are very much in play.
Henry, 31, signed with the Ravens in 2024 after he spent the first eight years of his career with the Tennessee Titans, who drafted him No. 45 overall in the 2016 NFL Draft.
While he did so with hopes of chasing a ring, barring a miraculous turnaround down the stretch, the Ravens look like they are trending toward missing the playoffs rather than contending in them.
Henry will get a chance to surpass Payton on Sunday when the Ravens host the Los Angeles Rams.
