Sixty-nine days remain until the 2026 NFL Draft in Pittsburgh, Pa., April 23-25, 2026. After a 3-14 season in 2025, the Las Vegas Raiders hold the No. 1 overall pick as this daily countdown continues through the franchise’s best players by jersey number.

Today, February 13, the number is 69.

Khalif Barnes, No. 69

Khalif Barnes is the pick for No. 69 because he gave the Raiders steady tackle play over seven seasons. From 2009-2015, he provided starts, depth and lineup flexibility across multiple staffs.

Barnes played 91 games for the Raiders and started 60. That run of starts is the separator for this number.

Draft and background

Barnes was born April 21, 1982, in San Diego. He played at Mount Miguel High School in California before starring at Washington.

The Jacksonville Jaguars drafted him in the second round, 52nd overall, in 2005. Later, he joined the Raiders and spent seven seasons in Silver and Black.
