Stockton, like the entire state of California, is under a stay-at-home order, which was implemented by Governor Gavin Newsom last week. Many children across the state rely on their public schools for lunches, and the issue of childcare during this tumultuous time is one many parents know is difficult to handle.
With that in mind, this donation by Cooks will certainly be a welcome development for families in need.
