The Minnesota Vikings have a bunch of Hall of Fame players in their history, but only one can claim they were "responsible" for setting up quarterback J.J. McCarthy's impressive comeback victory in his NFL debut . That man is Randy Moss.

During the game, Moss made an appearance on the Manningcast during Monday night's game, and he did so by calling his shot for Justin Jefferson to get a touchdown.

Randy Moss calls Justin Jefferson's touchdown

The Manningcast is a really fun version of the Monday Night Football broadcast. It feels like you are sitting in the living room with the two Hall of Famers, and they bring on some massive guests.

Moss ended up being the last guest of the night, and it paid off in a major way, starting with a correct prediction.

"I'm going with Justin Jefferson," said Moss after Eli Manning asked him who was going to score on the drive. "You're down 11 [points] with 12 minutes to go. It's time to get the playmakers the ball down here in the red zone. Let's get 18 the ball this drive right here."

Shortly after Moss said that, Jefferson caught McCarthy's first touchdown. Then, while Moss was on the broadcast, the Vikings scored all three touchdowns. Was Moss responsible for the comeback? Maybe a little bit spiritually, but it's another fun way to link the Hall of Famer to the franchise that drafted him.
