Over the past few years legendary NFL quarterback Terry Bradshaw has faced some scrutiny over his on-air comments.
The four-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback has received criticism over the past few years both for his performance and some controversial comments on air. Despite concerns from fans, Bradshaw made it clear he's not giving up his seat.
During a recent appearance on Kelly Clarkson's show, Bradshaw made it clear he still loves the game - and the people he works with.
“It’s so much fun,” Bradshaw said. “I'm one of those people that are lucky to go to work and can't wait to get there. … It's so much fun to get up early as you, we work all day, we're 12 hours in the studio working all the games throughout. The people here in New York may see us do one show but we do 12. You're hanging out with a bunch of jocks that you love like brothers and it is a hoot as you can well imagine.”
Well, fans are starting to question the former NFL quarterback.
On Sunday afternoon he attempted to pay former NFL tight end Rob Gronkowski a compliment by likening him to former Dallas Cowboys head coach Jimmy Johnson in his approach to the game as an analyst. However, Bradshaw appears to have forgotten Gronk has been on the show for quite a while at this point.
"The guy whose seat you're sitting in right now, filling in while he's on vacation, Jimmy Johnson..." Bradshaw said before he was cut off and corrected.

"He's here all the time," host Curt Menefee said.
"Okay, I made a mistake," he admitted. "All right, all right, I apologize. Gronk, you know I love you."
The 76-year-old former quarterback has made a number of on-air blunders so far this season. While fans believe it's time for him to retire, he's clearly not ready to move on just yet.
Should he?
