Will Levis injury: Titans QB leaves MNF vs. Dolphins with injury

The injury doesn’t appear to be serious enough to knock Levis out of the game completely. Laura Rutledge of ESPN said on the broadcast that Levis has been in communication with head coach Brian Callahan about returning to the game, though he continues to touch the injured shoulder.

Will Levis going through ups and downs in second NFL season

Levis, the 2023 second round pick out of Kentucky, completed 3-of-4 passes for 25 yards before exiting the game. The lone incompletion was an interception, now tied with the Indianapolis Colts’ Anthony Richardson for the most (6) in the NFL.

Through three games this season, Levis has had some highs and certainly some lows. Such is life in the NFL for a young signal-caller developing before our eyes. He entered the night having thrown for 579 yards and four touchdowns on 68.1% passing. The mistakes have been plentiful, something Levis needs to limit if Tennessee wants to get back in the AFC South hunt.

“We gotta get it fixed,” Callahan said of Levis’ turnovers. “Whatever that looks like. However that looks, it doesn’t really matter. We can’t lead the league in turnovers at the quarterback position and expect to win a lot of games, so that part has got to get better.”
